Choirhub is designed to provide choirs with a secure and reliable environment for managing member information, attendance, documents, communication, and administration.
We understand that choirs entrust Choirhub with important organisational data, and protecting that information is a core part of how the platform is operated.
Access to Choirhub requires authenticated login credentials. Each choir controls internal access through role-based permissions, allowing choir administrators to determine which members may view or manage specific areas of the platform.
Choirhub uses structured permission controls so that access can be limited according to responsibility. Examples include:
This allows sensitive administrative content to remain visible only to authorised users.
Each choir operates within its own protected environment. Choir data is separated so that one choir cannot access another choir's information.
Choirhub uses professionally managed cloud infrastructure designed for secure application hosting. This includes:
User passwords are protected using secure authentication systems. Choirhub does not store plain text passwords.
Uploaded files such as documents, rehearsal tracks, and resources are stored within secure platform-managed storage systems. Access to files follows the same permission controls applied across the platform.
Platform data is managed within secure hosted environments that include infrastructure-level redundancy and protection against common technical failures.
Platform-level administrative access is restricted and used only when necessary for system maintenance, support, or troubleshooting.
Choirhub does not sell choir data, member data, or uploaded organisational information.
Security also depends on each choir using good internal practices, including:
If a significant platform security issue is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to investigate and address it promptly.
