What happens if we miss a payment?
We know choirs are run by volunteers. We don't cut access the moment a payment fails.
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll notify your choir administrator immediately and give you a 7-day grace period to resolve it — no disruption to your choir. If the account remains unpaid after 7 days, member access is suspended while the administrator retains login access to sort things out. Your data is kept safe for a further 30 days, after which the account and its data are permanently deleted. Resubscribe any time within that window and everything is restored exactly as you left it.
Yes. $49 per month covers your entire choir whether you have 20 members or 200. We deliberately chose flat per-choir pricing so that growing choirs aren't penalised for their success.
Everything. The 30-day free trial gives you full access to all Choirhub Core features — no limited functionality, no locked sections. You can set up your choir properly, invite members, and run real rehearsals with it before making any decision. No credit card required to start.
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your Choirhub subscription at any time with no penalties.

Choirhub supports USD, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, CAD, CHF and SGD. Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout — so Australian choirs see AUD, UK choirs see GBP, and so on.
No. Add-ons are month-to-month and can be added or removed as your choir's needs change. There's no minimum period for any optional feature.
Each choir is billed separately at the standard $49/month rate. Choirhub supports multiple choirs under one organisation, each with their own identity, settings and membership. If you run two choirs, that's two subscriptions — each with the full feature set.
