Legal
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Choirhub. By using Choirhub, you agree to these terms.
Choirhub is an online platform designed to assist choirs with administration, communication, attendance, event organisation, music distribution, and related activities.
Access to Choirhub requires an authorised account created by a choir administrator or authorised platform representative. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Users agree not to:
Each choir is responsible for:
The Choirhub platform, design, software, branding, and original platform content remain the property of Choirhub. Choirs retain ownership of their own uploaded documents and materials.
Choirs are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to upload any sheet music, rehearsal files, recordings, or documents. Choirhub does not verify copyright ownership of uploaded materials.
Choirhub aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect access.
Trial access may be offered for a limited period. Continued access beyond trial periods may require payment of an active subscription. Subscription terms are presented separately at signup or renewal.
If a subscription payment is unsuccessful, the choir administrator will be notified promptly. A grace period of 7 days will be provided from the date of the failed payment, during which full access to the platform continues without interruption.
If payment is not resolved within the 7-day grace period, member access to the platform will be suspended. The choir administrator will retain login access during this period in order to update billing details and reactivate the subscription.
Choir data will be retained for 30 days following the date of suspension. If a valid subscription is reinstated within this 30-day retention period, full access will be restored and all data will remain intact.
If the account remains unpaid at the end of the 30-day retention period, the account and all associated data — including member records, music library content, documents, and attendance history — will be permanently deleted. This deletion cannot be reversed.
Choirs experiencing payment difficulties are encouraged to contact Choirhub support at support@choirhub.app before the retention period expires.
Choirhub is provided in good faith as a management tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choirhub is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or operational interruption arising from use of the platform.
Choirhub may suspend or terminate accounts where there is misuse, unlawful activity, or serious breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
