Per choir. One flat monthly subscription covers your entire choir regardless of how many members you have. As your choir grows, your Choirhub cost stays the same.

Yes — Choirhub offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You'll have full access to the platform so you can set up your choir, invite members, and explore every feature before deciding.

There are currently two optional add-ons: SMS Messaging ($5/mo — 250 credits per month with self-serve top-ups, ideal for time-critical updates) and Video Conferencing ($5/mo — run online meetings directly within Choirhub, with no per-minute or per-participant charges). A Concert Bookings module is also coming soon at $15/mo, which lets you manage your own ticket sales and keep the booking fees.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your Choirhub subscription at any time.
